The Batman Part II Delayed Again, First Robert Pattinson Footage Released

Fans will have to wait even longer to see Robert Pattinson return as the Dark Knight.
Warner Bros. has pushed The Batman Part II back once again, with the highly anticipated sequel now set to hit theaters on Feb. 18, 2028. The new release date comes nearly six years after the original The Batman debuted in 2022.
Despite the disappointing delay, director Matt Reeves gave fans something to get excited about by releasing the first camera test footage of Pattinson back in the Batsuit. The brief teaser offers the first official look at the sequel, though plot details remain tightly under wraps.
The film was previously scheduled to open on Oct. 1, 2027, but Warner Bros. shifted its release calendar to give Reeves more time to complete the project. The sequel has faced multiple delays over the past several years.
