Music producer Metro Boomin, born Leland Wayne, has been hit with a lawsuit alleging sexual battery. The accusations come from Vanessa LeMaistre, who claims that the Grammy-winning producer assaulted her in 2016. However, Metro Boomin's legal team is adamantly denying these allegations, labeling them a "shakedown."

Lawrence Hinkle II, Metro's attorney from Sanders Roberts LLP, spoke to TMZ, stating, "These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court and will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails."
According to court documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Vanessa alleges she met Metro Boomin during a trip to Las Vegas in 2016, where they became acquainted. At the time, she was dealing with depression following the tragic loss of her 9-month-old son. She claims that after bonding with Metro, he invited her to his studio in Los Angeles. Vanessa alleges that she saw Metro abusing codeine and, during a September 2016 visit to the studio, she took half a Xanax pill and a shot of alcohol to cope with her grief. She claims that after blacking out on the couch, she woke up to find Metro allegedly raping her.
Vanessa also claims she later discovered she was pregnant, believing Metro to be the father. She says she chose to terminate the pregnancy in November 2016. Additionally, Vanessa accuses Metro of referencing her trauma in his 2017 track "Rap Saved Me," featuring 21 Savage, Offset, and Quavo, with lyrics that mention a woman fainting after taking Xanax.
Vanessa is now seeking unspecified damages for mental and emotional distress, along with punitive damages.
Metro Boomin's legal team maintains that these allegations are baseless, and they are prepared to fight them in court.
