Meek Mill Offers $100K to Investigate His Alleged Connection to Diddy Scandal

Meek Mill has made it clear that he wants answers regarding rumors connecting him to the ongoing Diddy scandal, and he's willing to pay top dollar to get them. On Monday (Sept. 23), the rapper took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to offer $100,000 to hire a team of investigators to look into how and why his name has become linked to the case involving the music mogul.

"For the last few months, I’ve been dragged into this nonsense with Diddy," Meek expressed in his post. "I’m putting up $100K cash for a thorough investigation to uncover every detail that ties my name to this 'Diddy' case. Something’s off, and I want to know who’s behind it."

In a follow-up tweet, Meek continued to express his frustration, stating that someone in the media or behind the scenes might be responsible for pushing these damaging rumors. "The streets know what's up with me—that's not the issue," he added. "We’re talking about the business side. Someone’s powering these bad campaigns, and I’m offering $100K to figure out how exactly my name got dragged into this."

The speculation surrounding Meek Mill's involvement began earlier this year when music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of sexual misconduct and unpaid work. Within the 73-page lawsuit, a footnote references a “Philadelphia rapper,” reportedly linked to Nicki Minaj, that Diddy allegedly claimed to have had relations with. This led to online rumors that Meek was the rapper in question, further fueled by unfounded allegations of inappropriate behavior on Diddy's yacht.

While the internet has been buzzing with speculation, Meek is determined to set the record straight. The rumors have even caused confusion for his family, with Meek revealing that his son has asked about the false claims regarding his sexuality.
