Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are set to have nine high-end vehicles returned to them, following a ruling from a Romanian court. The cars, which include two McLarens, four Ferraris, a Maybach, a Maserati, and a Lamborghini Huracan, were confiscated by Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) on August 1, 2024, during an ongoing investigation. The total value of the cars is estimated to exceed £3.3 million.

According to their legal representative, Eugen Vidineac, the court’s decision was described as “legal and well-founded,” stating that the outcome was expected based on the case details.
Andrew Tate, a well-known social media personality, shared the news of the court’s ruling on his social media accounts, expressing satisfaction over the return of his assets. He claimed that a "lack of evidence" led to the return of his possessions, which also reportedly included gold bars and $3 million in cash, alongside the supercars.

The investigation into the Tate brothers remains ongoing. Romanian authorities are looking into allegations involving trafficking and other criminal activities. Despite the return of their seized assets, the legal process surrounding these charges continues.
