While the classic white-on-white Air Force 1 has remained a permanent fixture in Nike's lineup for decades, the upcoming release differs from the standard Air Force 1 '07. Instead, Nike is using the original 2001 mold, giving the sneaker a slimmer profile and a shape that longtime collectors have been asking to see again.

Originally released in 1982 as Nike's first basketball shoe featuring Air technology, the Air Force 1 evolved from a performance sneaker into one of the most influential shoes in fashion and street culture. The silhouette has remained relevant through countless collaborations, celebrity endorsements, and limited-edition releases over the years.

The return of the Air Force 1 Low '01 reflects a growing trend in the sneaker industry, with brands digging into their archives and reintroducing beloved vintage shapes.

Nike is expected to release the Air Force 1 Low '01 "Triple White" during Fall 2026, with a retail price of approximately $130-$135. Given the enduring popularity of the all-white Air Force 1, demand is expected to be high when the sneaker officially launches.
