Shohei Ohtani's Tokyo Series Cleats Could Sell for Big Money at Auction

The cleats Shohei Ohtani wore during the first game of the 2025 MLB Tokyo Series are now up for auction.

Ohtani wore the cleats when the Los Angeles Dodgers played the Chicago Cubs in Tokyo on March 18, 2025. In that game, he went 2-for-5 with a double as the Dodgers won 4-1.

The cleats are signed with Ohtani's rare Kanji signature and even have his dog, Decoy, pictured on the heels. The auction is being held by The Realest and will run through Aug. 16.

Ohtani collectibles are some of the most popular in sports, so the cleats are expected to bring in a huge price. Fans can also enter a contest to guess the final winning bid, with one lucky winner receiving 1% of the final sale price.
