Reflecting on his teenage years, Mitchell recalled a tense encounter with Schneider that took place when he was 18 or 19. "I remember having a major argument with Dan on set," Mitchell explained. "He pulled me into a closet and started yelling all this wild stuff." At that moment, Mitchell was faced with a decision: confront Schneider physically or walk away. Choosing the latter, he left the situation to avoid further conflict.

Mitchell noted that the atmosphere on "All That" began to shift after co-creator Brian Robbins departed to focus on films like "Varsity Blues." Schneider, then the head writer, took over more responsibilities. "The vibe of the show started to change under Dan's direction," Mitchell said. "We kind of bumped heads over how my character was being portrayed."

Mitchell’s account is part of a broader narrative brought to light by the Investigation Discovery documentary series "Quiet on Set," where several former Nickelodeon actors accused Schneider of inappropriate behavior.
