Seahawks Head to ‘Hard Knocks’ Spotlight
Updated: Jul 23
The Seattle Seahawks are getting the Hard Knocks treatment for the first time, and they will enter the spotlight as defending Super Bowl champions.

HBO and NFL Films announced that Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks will premiere Aug. 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO and HBO Max. The series will feature five episodes, with a new episode airing each Tuesday through Sept. 1.
The cameras will take fans behind the scenes at Seattle’s training camp in Renton, Washington, as the Seahawks prepare to defend their title. Head coach Mike Macdonald will be one of the main figures featured throughout the series alongside quarterback Sam Darnold.
Fans will also get an inside look at some of Seattle’s biggest stars, including 2025 AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Defensive standouts Devon Witherspoon and Byron Murphy II will also be featured as Seattle prepares for another run at the Super Bowl.
The series will once again feature the voice that has become synonymous with Hard Knocks. Liev Schreiber will return as narrator as NFL Films provides its usual all-access look at life inside an NFL training camp.
