The Utah Jazz are bringing back veteran center Mo Bamba on a two-year contract after his brief stint with the team late last season.

According to reports, the deal includes a partially guaranteed first season and a team option for the second year, giving Utah flexibility while adding experienced frontcourt depth.
Bamba initially joined the Jazz on a pair of 10-day contracts during the 2025-26 season, appearing in two games before being released due to illness. The 28-year-old averaged 5.0 points and 10.0 rebounds during his limited action with Utah and earned another opportunity with the organization after impressing the front office.
The former sixth overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft has played for the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Clippers, Toronto Raptors and Jazz throughout his NBA career.
